The aim of the research is to describe the forms of code mixing of Batak Angkola language in Indonesian in communication between teacher and the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 101022 Sipangimbar, Saipar Dolok Hole sub- district. The approach of the research descriptive qualitative and Ibu Rosmawati., S.Pd is the informant of the research. Recording and video were used in collecting the data. The result of the research shows there are four forms of code mixing of Batak Angkola language in Indonesian in communication between teacher and the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 101022 Sipangimbar which includes 1) noun (uang=hepeng, makan = mangan, beras = boras), 2) verb (belanja = manabusi, manggisgis = memotong rumput, kerjakan =karejo on), 3) adjective (kecil = menek, besar = godang, malu = maila, berbicara = mangecet), and 4) numerilia (dua puluh lima = duapululima, seratus dua puluh lima = seratus duapululima).
