ANALISIS TANDA BACA PADA KARANGAN PERSUASIF SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 5 SATU ATAP SOSORGADONG

Abstrak

This study aims to describe errors in the use of punctuation marks in persuasive writing at the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Satu Atap Sosorgadong. This research approach uses descriptive qualitative. The source of the data in this study is the results of students' persuasive writing of 33 answer sheets. The results of this study indicate that there are 106 errors in the use of punctuation marks in students' persuasive writing. These errors include 33 errors in use commas, 25 full stops, 3 colons, 4 question marks, 6 semicolons, 9 exclamation points, and 26 hyphens.
