TINDAK TUTUR DEKLARASI PADA PEDAGANG DI PASAR PINANGSORI SEBUAH TINJAUAN PRAGMATIK

Abstrak

This study aimed to describe the form and strategy of declaration speech acts used by buyers and traders in the Pinangsori market. The research method used descriptive qualitative research and triangulation was used for the validity of the data where observations, interviews, documentation were used as instruments. The results showed that the form of declaration speech acts was divided into 4, namely deciding, canceling, forbidding, allowing. The form of speech act that was often used included the declarative speech act of deciding and permitting. Furthermore, the declaration speech act strategy was divided into 2, namely positive politeness speech acts strategy, and negative speech acts politeness strategy. Two strategies were equally used by traders and buyers.
