PENGARUH MEDIA PAPAN PINTAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI BERTINGKAT, BERASTAGI, KABUPATEN KARO

Abstrak
Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar sering menghadapi berbagai kendala karena banyak konsep matematika yang bersifat abstrak sehingga sulit dipahami oleh siswa. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep matematika secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media papan pintar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Bertingkat Berastagi pada materi perkalian dan pembagian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) menggunakan desain pretest–posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 34 siswa kelas IV yang terdiri dari dua kelas. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari kelas IV-A sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas IV-B sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Independent Sample t-test dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 86 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 78. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 2,71 lebih besar daripada t tabel sebesar 2,037 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,011 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media papan pintar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Bertingkat Berastagi.
